DocumentDirect is a service that allows schools and lenders to securely access, view and print student loan-related reports online. DocumentDirect provides users with a secure recipient ID and password to access reports. DocumentDirect provides the following benefits:
- Access through an Internet browser
- No cost to the user
- More timely information
- A permanent record
- Print locally
- Export data to a spreadsheet for more in-depth analysis

Default Prevention
Our Default Prevention team trains schools to create unique and effective default prevention programs. We can provide customers with:
- Default prevention staff training for financial aid offices
- Training manuals
- Default Prevention School Tool (DPST)
- Publications
- Cohort rate analysis, including:
- School’s current year cohort rate and draft analysis
- Executive summary of analysis
- Comparative rates of each school's sector (four-year, two-year, proprietary & technology)
- Behind-the-scenes tours to help customers learn how we work delinquent accounts
- Regional workshops to discuss best practices
- Seminars and assistance with:
- Exit counseling
- Freshman orientation
Early Assistance
In addition, we supplement default prevention requirements with a proactive, early assistance initiative designed to encourage borrowers' successful transition into the repayment phase of borrowing. Research indicates this interim contact is helpful to borrowers and contributes toward a reduction in delinquencies and defaults.
Early Assistance strives to target borrowers before their repayment starts and guides them toward acceptable repayment plans, available deferments and forbearance options.
Early Assistance can plan on-campus visits to help with:
- Exit counseling (one-on-one or group settings)
- Borrower issues, questions and concerns

Financial Literacy
Oklahoma Money Matters (OKMM) (external link), OCAP's financial literacy initiative, provides free money management materials for campus events, teaches personal finance workshops for students and provides train-the-trainer support for campus staff in a variety of topics, including:
- Budgeting
- Credit
- Saving
- Student Loan Management
- Identity Theft
In addition, OKMM’s Online Financial Resource Clearinghouse (external link) is an easy way for students, parents and professionals to locate hundreds of personal finance education resources ranging from publications, websites, calculators and other tools.

Outreach & Access Programs
UCanGo2.org (external link) is OCAP's year-round college access program working to create a college-going culture throughout Oklahoma.
