:: Default Prevention School Tool (DPST) ::
The DPST is the perfect solution to maximize resources that will combat student delinquencies. It helps alleviate the creation of bulky paper files and assists in implementing a successful default prevention plan. The product is a single database with multiple functions designed, programmed and tested by our Default Prevention department. The DPST is provided for free to our educational partner institutions.
The DPST Version 1.4 features:
- Target accounts at various delinquency levels
- Workable account queue
- Comprehensive note retention
- Strong emphasis on cohort accounts
- Reporting tools that export to Excel
- Customized school letter generation
- Expanded selection criteria for batch letter mailing
- Enhanced SSN and name search capability that includes address and phone search
- Detailed reporting functionality by cohort year and days delinquent
- Unlimited storage of phone numbers, addresses, and e-mail addresses
- Updated to work with DocumentDirect 4.2
