Dear Colleague Letter: Trigger Date Chart

On December 31, 2008, the U.S. Department of Education (ED) published Dear Colleague Letter (DCL) GEN-08-12/FP-08-10, which provides a summary of the Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA). OGSLP created the chart linked below to help schools and lenders identify the effective dates of the various HEOA provisions highlighted in the DCL.
